One Sunday each autumn, we move our worship service outside into the courtyard and invite everyone to bring their companion animals (or birds, or fish, or ???) We center service on the important role these friends play in our lives, and our pastor offers an individual blessing for each one. It’s definitely one of the more chaotic Sundays of the year, but we love it. (Click on any picture to flip thru enlargements of the whole set.
